2. General Policy — All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable. This applies to both digital products and physical products. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges except as expressly outlined in this Policy.


3. Digital Products — No Refund or Exchange

Due to the instant delivery and intangible nature of digital educational products, we strictly do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any purchased video courses, digital files, or online materials.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices and internet connections meet the technical requirements for accessing the digital content before purchase.

In the event of technical difficulties preventing access to the purchased content, customers may contact our support team within 72 hours of purchase, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. This, however, does not entitle the customer to a refund or cancellation.


4. Physical Products — No Returns or Exchanges

All sales of tools, accessories, and hair extensions are considered final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, except in the following limited circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item was damaged in transit.

In such cases, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the issue. Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in a waiver of any rights to replacement or compensation.

For hygiene and health safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of hair extensions, even if unopened. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.


5. No Refund for Buyer’s Error or Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Purchases made by mistake.
  • Buyer’s change of mind.
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.
  • Failure to review product descriptions, photos, or technical requirements before purchase.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in processing returns or exchanges due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
